The knowledge of the Holy Bible displayed by the League of Tarcicians of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate of Mary, Ipaja Deanery was amazing at a bible quiz competition organized by the Deanery.

The quiz competition took place on the 30^th of July, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 412 Road, Gowon Estate, Egbeda.

This was purely a catch-them-young exercise designed to instill biblical knowledge on the young ones to prepare them to take on future leadership in the society of Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary in particular and the Catholic Church in general.

The event kick started with a workshop delivered by the Theophilus Onyinze, past Deanery President where the children were admonished on the values of Christianity, Catholicism and the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Mrs Stella Chika Adebayo, the Ipaja Deanery President of the society explained that the association is a family association comprising of father, mother and children, therefore the competition is meant to test and strengthen their faith and get them prepared for their solemn reception.

At the end of the competition, St. Patrick Catholic Church, Igbogila represented by Ugo James and Stephany Itoya came first out of the 7 Parishes that participated.
